# Reaching out to inactive members

Find members who have gone quiet and send them a friendly reminder to come back.

---

The **Inactive members** page helps you find people who have stopped using your community, so you can check in with them.

Open **Analytics & Reporting** in the admin menu and press **Inactive Members** .

## Finding inactive members

1. Choose a Days Threshold, the number of days without activity.
2. Press Run Detection.
3. The list shows each member's last activity and last sign-in, grouped as at risk, inactive or dormant.

Press **Export CSV** to download the list.

## Sending a reminder

1. Tick the members you want to contact.
2. Press Mark as Notified.

Pressing **Mark as Notified** sends each selected member a friendly email inviting them back to your community. It does not only record a note.

The **Notified** column then shows who has been sent a reminder, so you do not contact people twice.

A phone call or a personal message often works better than an email, especially for older members. Use the list to plan who to call.
