# Approving and featuring listings

Check new listings, approve or reject them, and feature the best ones.

Listings are the offers and requests members post. You manage them on the **Listings Admin** page. Open **Listings** in the admin menu and press **All Content** .

## Finding listings

Use the filters **All** , **Active** , **Inactive** and **Pending** . **Pending** shows listings waiting for approval. Use the search box to find a listing by its words.

## Approving, rejecting and deleting

Each listing has actions:

- Approve: the listing goes live.
- Reject: the listing does not go live.
- Delete: removes the listing for good. This cannot be undone.

You are asked to confirm each time.

## Featuring

Featured listings are shown more prominently to members. Press **Feature** on a listing, or open the **Featured** tab and search for an active listing. Press **Unfeature** to stop featuring it.

## Holding new listings for checking

To check every new listing before members see it, open [Module Configuration](/admin/module-configuration) . Press **Configure** on **Listings** and switch on **Require Moderation** . Then press **Save Changes** .

Brokers can also check held content in the Broker Panel, under **Content Queue** .
