# Checking reported and held content

Review content waiting for approval and deal with reports from members, in the Broker Panel.

Checking content is done in the **Broker Panel** , which admins can use too. Press **Broker Panel** under **Overview** in the admin menu.

## Content waiting for approval

Open **Content Queue** . It lists items held for checking, such as new listings or events.

1. Read the item.
2. Press Approve to let it go live.
3. Or press Reject. Write a short reason so the author knows why.

The **Moderation Settings** on this page let you choose which kinds of content need checking, and whether suspicious content is flagged automatically.

## Reports from members

Members can report content they think breaks your rules. Open **Reports** in the Broker Panel. The page is called **Reports Management** .

1. Press View details to see what was reported, by whom and why.
2. Deal with the content if needed, for example by removing it.
3. Press Resolve when you have dealt with it, or Dismiss if no action is needed.

## Other checks

The Broker Panel also has **Feed Posts** and **Comments** pages, and **Reviews** if your community uses reviews.

Be consistent. Decide with your team what is and is not allowed, and write it in your community guidelines.
