# Finding a member

Search for any member by name, email, phone or status, and open their details.

All your members are listed on the **Users** page. In the admin menu, open **Users** and press **All Users** .

## Searching

Type into the search box. You can search by name, email, phone number or member number. You can also type words such as "pending" or "never logged in", or "role:admin" to list your admins.

## Tabs

The tabs across the top filter the list:

- All Users
- Pending: waiting for approval.
- Active
- Suspended
- Banned
- Never Logged in
- Onboarding Incomplete: they have not finished the welcome steps.

## What the list shows

Each row shows the member's **Role** , **Status** , **Balance** , **Email activation** and the date they **Joined** .

## Opening a member

Press the three-dot button at the end of a row to see what you can do. Press **Edit** to open the member's full details. There you can change their details and role, correct their balance and help them sign in.
