# Seeing what members have agreed to

Check members' consent records and how many people have agreed to each type of consent.

---

When members agree to something, such as your terms or optional emails, the platform keeps a consent record. You can see these records but you cannot change them. Only the member can give or withdraw their own consent.

## Recent consent records

1. Open Enterprise in the admin menu and press GDPR Dashboard.
2. Press Consent Records.

The **GDPR Consents** page lists the most recent records. Each shows the **User** , the **Type** of consent, whether they **Consented** ( **Yes** or **No** ) and the **Date** .

## Consent by type

The [GDPR Consent Types](/admin/enterprise/gdpr/consent-types) page shows each type of consent members can give. For each one you see:

- whether it is Required or optional, and whether it is Active
- the Consent rate: the share of your members' records that say yes

Press **Users** on a consent type to see who has **Granted** or **Denied** it, with the date and internet address.

The list of consent types is the same for every community on the platform. The platform team looks after it, so you cannot add or change types yourself.

You cannot change a member's consent for them. If a member asks you about their consent, record what they asked for on the **Data Requests** page.
