# Seeing how your community is doing

Use Community Analytics to follow member growth, exchanges and the health of your community.

All the reporting pages are listed together under **Analytics & Reporting** in the admin menu.

## Community Analytics

Press **Community Analytics** . It shows graphs and figures for member growth, exchanges and community health.

Press **Export CSV** to download the figures as a spreadsheet file.

## Other pages in this group

- Impact Report: the social value of your community. See "Creating an impact report".
- Member Reports and Hours Reports: detailed lists you can download. See "Member and hours reports".
- Inactive Members: people who have gone quiet. See "Reaching out to inactive members".
- User Report: each member's time credit statement, if your community uses the wallet.

You may also see reports for features you use, such as groups or newsletters.

Figures are only as good as the records behind them. Encourage members to record every exchange.
