# Member and hours reports

See who is active, how members join and stay, and where hours are being exchanged.

Member and hours reports give you more detail than the dashboard. Both are under **Analytics & Reporting** in the admin menu.

## Member reports

Press **Member Reports** . The tabs show different views:

- Active: members who are taking part.
- Registrations: how many people joined over time.
- Retention: how many people stay active.
- Engagement: how members take part.
- Top Contributors: the members giving the most.
- Least Active: members who rarely take part.

**Export CSV** works on the **Active** and **Least Active** tabs. On **Active** , it downloads your full member list, not only the period on screen. On the other tabs the button is not available.

## Hours reports

If your community uses the wallet, press **Hours Reports** . The tabs are **By Category** , **By Member** and **Monthly Trend** . Press **Export CSV** to download what you see.

Downloaded files contain members' personal details. Store them safely and delete them when you no longer need them.
