# Seeing how hours move in your community

Use the Timebanking pages to see totals, top earners, member statements and unusual activity.

The **Timebanking** pages show how time credits, or hours, move around your community. Open **Financial** in the admin menu and press **Timebanking** .

## Timebanking Dashboard

The dashboard shows **Total Transactions** , **Total Volume** , **Avg Transaction** and **Active Alerts** . It lists your **Top Earners** and **Top Spenders** , with **Quick Links** to the other pages.

## One member's statement

Open **User Report** from the dashboard's quick links, or from **Analytics & Reporting** in the menu. It lists each member's balance, hours earned and spent, and number of transactions.

- Press the download button on a row to save that member's statement as a spreadsheet file.
- Press Adjust to correct their balance.

## Unusual activity

Open **Fraud Alerts** . The platform checks regularly for patterns worth a second look. These include very large transfers, many transfers in a short time, and hours passed round in a circle between members.

For each alert, choose **Investigate** while you look into it, **Resolve** when it is dealt with, or **Dismiss** if it is nothing to worry about.

An alert is not proof that anyone did something wrong. Talk to the members involved before you act.

## Organisations

**Org Wallets** shows the balances of volunteer organisations in your community.
