# Viewing a member's full record

The member record brings together their status, balance, compliance records, notes and account actions.

Open a member's record to see everything about them in one place.

1. Open Members.
2. Press the three-dot menu on their row.
3. Choose View details.

At the top you see their name, status, role, email address and whether the email is verified.

## Tabs in the record

- Overview: their balance, when they joined, when they were last active, and whether they finished onboarding. A Membership journey line shows when they registered, verified their email and were approved.
- Compliance: their Contact attestation (vetting decision), any Insurance certificates and any Consents they have given.
- Notes: private notes from brokers and admins.
- Actions: account tools, such as approving, suspending, sending a password reset or adjusting their balance. You can also edit parts of their profile here.

## Editing a profile

On the **Actions** tab, press **Edit** next to **Profile** . You can change **First name** , **Last name** , **Phone** , **Location** , **Tagline** and **Bio** . Press **Save changes** .

You cannot change a member's email address, role or status here. Ask an admin if one of these needs to change.

Only change a member's profile when they ask you to, or when it breaks your community's rules. Tell them what you changed.
