# Finding and filtering members

Search the member list and use tabs to find people who are pending, suspended or have never signed in.

[Members](/broker/members) lists everyone in your community. Across the top you see **Total members** , **Pending approval** , **Active members** and **Suspended members** . Press a counter to open that list.

## Tabs

- All: everyone
- Pending: waiting for approval
- Active: approved members who can use the site
- Suspended: members who cannot sign in at the moment
- Never logged in: approved members who have not signed in yet
- Onboarding incomplete: members who have not finished the setup steps

The last two tabs are a good place to start when you want to offer help to people who are stuck.

## Searching and filtering

- Type a name or email into Search members....
- Use Filter by role to show only members, brokers or admins, for example.

## What each row shows

Each row shows the member's name, status, role, whether their email is verified, their balance in hours, when they were last active and when they joined.

## Row actions

Press the three-dot menu at the end of a row to:

- View details: open the member's full record
- View Profile: see their public profile in a new tab
- Send Message: start a message to them in a new tab
- Notes: read or add private notes
- Check Vetting: open their vetting record
- Approve, Suspend or Reactivate, depending on their status
