# What figures and records can brokers see?

Where to find counts, activity history and permanent records in the Broker Panel.

The Broker Panel shows counts and records to help you plan your work. It does not have downloads or exports. If you need a report for funders or your committee, ask your admin.

## Counts

- The Broker Dashboard shows what is waiting across the whole panel.
- Most pages have counters at the top. For example, Members shows Total members, Pending approval, Active members and Suspended members.
- Onboarding shows how new members progress and how many register each month.
- The red numbers in the menu show waiting work, updated about once a minute.

## Activity history

**Recent Activity** on the dashboard lists the 20 latest exchange approvals, message reviews, risk tags, monitoring changes, Broker Panel setting changes and insurance records, with who did each and when. It does not show member approvals or suspensions, content moderation, vetting or safeguarding changes.

## Permanent records

- Review Archive: read-only records of message reviews
- Member notes: on each member's record
- Exchange History: on each exchange page
- Vetting decisions: in Vetting confirmations

## Figures that could not load

If a counter shows a dash, or you see **Some numbers couldn't be loaded** , press **Refresh** . A dash means the number could not be loaded. It does not mean zero.
