# Using the Broker Dashboard

The dashboard shows what is waiting for you, key counts and some recent broker actions.

The **Broker Dashboard** is the first page you see. It tells you what needs you now.

## What needs you now

At the top, a box lists the kinds of work waiting for review, with the most urgent first. Press any line to go straight to that list. When nothing is waiting you see **All clear** .

## The counters

Below that are counters. Each one opens the matching list, already filtered:

- Pending Exchanges: exchanges waiting for broker approval
- Unreviewed Messages: message copies nobody has reviewed yet
- High Risk Listings: listings tagged high risk
- Monitored Users: members under monitoring
- Vetting review requests: members who asked for a vetting review
- Safeguarding Alerts: urgent safeguarding items
- Support needs not yet seen: members who told us they would like extra support and whom no broker has marked as seen yet

If a counter shows a dash, it could not load. Press **Refresh** to try again.

## Quick Access and Recent Activity

**Quick Access** has shortcuts to the main tools.

**Recent Activity** lists the latest broker actions of some kinds only: exchange approvals and rejections, message reviews, risk tags, monitoring changes, Broker Panel setting changes and insurance records. It shows who did what and when.

It does not show member approvals or suspensions, balance changes, notes, content moderation, reports or vetting decisions. To check whether someone else has already dealt with one of these, look at the item itself, such as the member's record or notes.
