# Adding events to your own calendar

Put one event in your phone or computer calendar, or subscribe to all the events you are going to.

---

You can copy events into the calendar you already use, such as Google Calendar or Outlook.

## Add one event

1. Open the event.
2. Find Add to your calendar.
3. Press Google Calendar or Outlook, or press Download .ics for other calendar apps.

## Keep your calendar up to date automatically

Press **Calendar feeds** on the [Events](/events) page. You have two choices:

- Download community calendar saves a file with the events you can see. It never includes private locations or meeting links.
- Under My registered events, press Create subscription. This makes a private web address that your calendar app can follow. It shows the events you are going to.

1. Give the subscription a name if you like.
2. Press Create subscription.
3. Press Copy URL and paste it into your calendar app's "subscribe" or "add by URL" option.

The full address is only shown once. Keep it private, because anyone who has it can see the events in it.

If you lose the address or stop using it, press **Revoke** next to the subscription. Your calendar app then stops getting updates. You can create a new one at any time.

Some communities switch calendar feeds off.
