# Connecting with other members

Send, accept and manage connection requests with people you know.

A connection is a member you know and want to keep in touch with.

## Send a request

1. Open the member's profile.
2. Press Connect.

The button then shows **Cancel Request** until they answer.

## Answer a request

1. Open Connections.
2. Choose the Pending tab.
3. Press Accept or Decline.

You can also press **Accept** on their profile.

## Manage your connections

- My Connections lists everyone you are connected to. Press Message to write to them, or Disconnect to remove them.
- Sent lists requests you have sent. Press Cancel Request to withdraw one.

On a connected member's profile, you can also open the **More options** menu (three dots) and choose **Remove Connection** .
