# Cancelling a group exchange

The organiser can cancel a group exchange before it is completed.

The organiser can cancel a group exchange at any time before it is completed.

1. Open the exchange.
2. Press Cancel Exchange.
3. Press Cancel Exchange again to confirm, or Keep Exchange to go back.

No hours move. The page shows **Exchange Cancelled** , and the exchange moves to the **Cancelled** tab.

Cancelling cannot be undone.

A completed group exchange cannot be cancelled. If a completed exchange was wrong, contact your coordinator.

If you are a participant but not the organiser, you cannot cancel. If you no longer want to take part, ask the organiser before they start the exchange.
