# Sharing files, photos and wiki pages

Upload documents and photos to a group and write shared pages together.

Members can share documents, photos and written pages inside a group.

## Files

1. Open the Files tab.
2. Press Upload File and choose a file. Each file can be up to 25 MB.
3. Add a Folder (optional) or Description (optional) if it helps.
4. Upload the file.

Use **Search files...** to find a file. Press a file to download it.

## Gallery

Open the **Gallery** tab to add photos and videos. You can add a **Caption (optional)** . Each item can be up to 50 MB. Use **All** , **Photos** or **Videos** to filter.

## Wiki

The **Wiki** is a set of pages the group writes together, like a shared handbook.

1. Press New Page.
2. Type a Page Title and the text. Choose a Parent Page (optional) to put it under another page.
3. Press Create Page.

You can edit pages you wrote or last changed. Press **Edit** , make your change, and add a **Change summary (optional)** . Press **History** to see earlier versions. Group managers can edit any page.
