# Responding to a listing

Ask for help, send a message, save, share or comment on a listing.

Open a listing to see the full details and who posted it. Under **Respond to this listing** you will find these buttons:

- Request Exchange: if your community uses exchange requests, this sends a request with the hours you propose. See the Exchanges section of this guide.
- Send Message: if your community does not use exchange requests, this opens a private conversation with the member instead.
- Like and Comments: show appreciation, or ask a question that everyone can see.
- Save: keeps the listing in your Saved items so you can find it again.
- Share: lets you share the listing or copy a link to it.
- Report listing: tells the community team about a problem.

If you already have an exchange for this listing, the first button shows **Exchange** and its current status instead.

Press the member's name to see their profile. It shows their reviews and other listings, under **More from** followed by their name.
