# Can people under 18 join?

No. The platform is for adults aged 18 and over.

No. The platform is for adults aged 18 and over.

When you create an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

If an account has a date of birth showing the person is under 18, that account cannot be used. Signing in shows a message that explains why.

You do not have to give your date of birth to join. You only need it if you choose to verify your identity. If you do enter a date of birth, it must show that you are 18 or over.

If you are worried that someone under 18 is using the platform, tell your community.
