# A page looks wrong or out of date

Refresh the page, sign out and back in, or update your browser. Report the problem if it keeps happening.

If a page looks out of date, shows an error, or a button does nothing, try these steps in order.

1. Refresh the page. Press your browser's reload button.
2. Close and reopen. If you saved the site to your home screen, or use the Android app, close it fully and open it again.
3. Sign out and back in. Open the menu under your name, press Log Out, then sign in again.
4. Update your browser to the latest version.
5. Try another browser or device, to see if the problem only happens in one place.

After the site is updated, you may see **This page was out of date and has been refreshed. Please sign in again.** This is normal. Sign in again and carry on.

## A page says Coming Soon

Some parts of the site are only switched on in some communities. If a page says **Coming Soon** , that part is not switched on in your community. Ask your community if you would like to use it.
