# What does "insufficient balance" mean?

You do not have enough hours for what you are trying to do. Nothing has been taken.

---

"Insufficient balance" means you do not have enough hours for what you are trying to do.

You may see it when you:

- send hours with Send Credits (the form shows Exceeds available balance);
- donate hours;
- confirm hours at the end of an exchange where you are the one paying;
- are a receiver in a group exchange when it is completed.

Nothing is taken from your wallet when this happens.

## What you can do

- Check Your Balance in your wallet.
- Send or agree a smaller number of hours.
- Earn hours by helping someone, for example by posting an offer.
- Ask your coordinator if you think your balance is wrong.
